As part of the project, I carried out both first and second-hand research, diving in to the comparisons between the history of sleeping patterns versus how we sleep in the modern age, and what effect it has on us. Some of my findings were interesting - some of the conclusions were certainly not expected!

The aim of the project is to create a product that will either raise awareness about our sleeping habits, help us to reshape our ways of sleeping or just simply provide information to the user.
